Usui Reiki Workshops
Since it was brought to the West by Hawayo Takata from Japan in the 1930s, Usui Reiki has evolved. New elements have been introduced into Reiki instruction, such as the Chakra system, the Aura, the use of crystals and Tibetan symbols. The attunements have evolved as well, where fewer attunements are required for each level. Although just as powerful and effective, these workshops are different from the more traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Reiki I
In the first level, students will receive the Reiki I attunement and learn:
What Reiki is and its history
The Reiki principles
The human subtle energy field - the
Aura, Chakras and Meridians
The three pillars of Reiki
An explanation of the attunements
and the cleansing process
The hand positions for self-
treatment
The hand positions for treating
others
The Byosen scanning technique
The Kenyoku cleansing technique
Students can expect to receive classroom instruction with plenty of opportunity for experiential learning through hands-on Reiki practice. This workshop is four hours plus 30 minutes for lunch. Please bring a sack lunch. Tuition includes a class manual and certificate of completion. Expect hands-on treatments, meditations, journaling and sharing of the day's experiences.

Reiki II
Pre-requisite - Reiki I
In the second level, students will receive the Reiki II attunement and learn:
The Reiki II symbols - how to draw them, their meanings and uses
Additional Japanese Reiki techniques
Giving a Reiki Treatment using Reiki II symbols
How to do distance healing
Students can expect to receive classroom instruction with plenty of opportunity for experiential learning through hands-on Reiki practice. This workshop is four hours plus 30 minutes for lunch. Please bring a sack lunch. Tuition includes certificate of completion. The manual received for Reiki I also covers topics for Reiki II. Expect hands-on treatments, meditations, journaling and sharing of the day's experiences.

Advanced Reiki Training
Pre-requisite - Reiki II
In this advanced training class, students will receive the Usui Master attunement and learn:
The Usui Master symbol
Reiki meditation
Advanced techniques for using Reiki to solve problems and achieve goals
The use of crystals and stones with Reiki
Properties of common stones
How to make a Reiki grid that will continuously send Reiki to yourself and others
Reiki aura clearing
Guided Reiki meditation that introduces you to your Reiki guides
Students can expect to receive classroom instruction with plenty of opportunity for experiential learning through hands-on Reiki treatments. This workshop is four hours plus 30 minutes for lunch. Please bring a sack lunch. Tuition includes ART manual and certificate of completion. ART is required for the Reiki III/Master Training.

Master Training
Pre-requisite - Advanced Reiki Training
Included in this final training class:
The complete Reiki III Usui/Tibetan Master attunement
Instruction on how to give Reiki attunements for all levels
Instruction on how to give Healing attunement
Two Tibetan symbols
Extensive practice time giving attunements
How to give yourself attunements
Advanced Reiki meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras
The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master
Instruction is given on the Usui system of attunements as well as the Tibetan system. Other variations are also outlined in the class manual. Over half the class time is used for practice so the student becomes confident in administering Reiki attunements. Students practice giving attunements on each other so that each student receives many attunements. The Healing attunement is given and received by all students. This class is a powerful healing experience. A class manual is included that gives detailed steps for giving all the attunements.
